Ask For Only What You Need

Step 67.

One of the fastest ways to create frustration and get people to abandon your donation/fulfillment page is to ask for way too much information.

Don’t make the potential donor have to scroll downward to complete your form or there is a good chance they may feel overwhelmed.

The best donation/fulfillment pages have content that captures the most critical information to complete the particular transaction.
